Zen Pictures announces the release of the Heart of the Earth 2001 environmental resources calendar, available now from www.amazon.com and www.zenpictures.com. The intent of this 12-month, full color wall calendar is to promote environmental awareness in a number of unique ways.

1. The models gracing the 12 months aren't just pretty faces....each is an environmentalist, and have inspirational things to say in the calendar throughout the year.
2. Featured on the models, and the original intent for the calendar, is organic and hemp clothing....fabrics proven to be planet friendly. The clothing is remarkably stylish, comfortable, and all you need to find out where to get them is this calendar!
3. Great care was taken in production of this calendar....from the photography shoot to the actual decision of what kind of materials to use. In Key Largo FL, where the calendar was photographed, we made sure to only use cruelly free cosmetics...containing absolutely no animal ingredients or testing!
4. Each month is complete with important environmental dates marked.....all of these things enabling you to live 2001 consciously.

A percentage of the proceeds from the sale of these calendars will be donated to Holiday Humane (www.holidayhumane.org), a no-kill animal shelter in North Hollywood, CA. There's even an offer included providing information on how to return your 2001 calendar to us for recycling. Zen Pictures is already preparing for the 2002 calendar, with probable photography shoot to take place in San Francisco, CA in the spring of 2001. Confirmed are returning models Colleen Sturtevant, Joanne Chew, and joining them this year is Jennifer Morcillo. Awaiting confirmation to return is actress/model Emily Camaren (the 2001 cover girl), and to join newly, established model Kristen Zang.
