ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- December 5, 2000 -- CareerSite Corporation, a leading e-recruiting solution provider, announced today an agreement to offer a turnkey e-recruitment solution for Lender Technologies Corporation (LTC), a wholly owned subsidiary and official job board of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA) at www.LenderCareers.com. In addition to providing real estate finance professionals with educational programs and technical publications, LTC will now offer its customers a recruitment resource and career marketplace powered by CareerSite. The agreement enables LTC to increase online recruitment revenues by offering their employment advertisers a one-stop" e-recruiting tool and gives job seekers a confidential career service.
LTC affiliates can now offer their employment advertisers the LenderCareers.com CareerSite Recruiterä. This is a powerful, yet easy-to-use, tool that combines applicant-tracking functionality with integrated access to the advertisers own job site as well as to a marketplace of the best e-recruiting services available. LTC will manage customer relationships with both employers and job seekers using CareerSites powerful backend management technology. CareerSites technology and content will provide new revenue streams for LTC and give the finance real estate industry an easy and effective e-recruitment solution to compete for top talent," said Ed Farrell, founder and vice-president CareerSite Corporation.
"We selected CareerSite as our technology partner because they offer the premium features and customization required in developing an industry-specific job board.
