WEALTHPORT TO BE ALL-ENCOMPASSING FINANCIAL WEB SITE

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - WEALTHPORT today announced it has launched an informational site, www.wealthport.com, which describes the company as building a Web site that will provide the tools and services which will assist in the creation, growth, protection, enjoyment and sharing of a wealthy lifestyle.

In contrast to the Internet stereotype, WEALTHPORTs management team has many years of business and Internet experience. Heading the company is George P. Van, an entrepreneur who has founded and run several companies including Van Hedge Fund Advisors International, Inc.

Nashville-based WEALTHPORT INC. formerly operated under the stealth name PROJECTW. In order to protect WEALTHPORTs unique concept, details about the Web site must remain undisclosed until closer to its launch date in 2001.
