France, Jr. as Chairman and CEO and Emma Barlow as President and COO, effective immediately. France was previously President and CEO for Scriptel Corporation, whereas Barlow is being promoted from her previous position as i-xposures Vice President of Business Development.

France comes to i-xposure with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in executive management, marketing, advertising, finance, real estate, leasing, international business development, project start-ups, acquisitions, sales, insurance, public relations, fast food and manufacturing. In recent years, while at
Scriptel, a computer industry manufacturer, he raised more than $40 million in working capital for the
company while leading small cap stocks for five years in a row, stock price performance for small cap Columbus companies.

Prior to joining i-xposure earlier this year as Vice President of Business Development, Barlow spent three years with the EarthLink Network, the second largest Internet Service Provider behind AOL, where she handled many of the companys premier accounts. Her professional history also includes sales and business development roles at companies such as Smart & Friendly and Quarterdeck. As i-xposures President and COO, Barlow is responsible for the companys day-to-day operations, as well as the management of i-xposures entire team.
