KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- No matter how many trade shows youve exhibited at, theres always room for improvement.

Thats why the week of February 18 - 24 has been designated Build a Better Trade Show Image" Week. Exhibitors are encouraged to set aside time to evaluate current exhibiting strategies. If they are not meeting goals and reinforcing the company message, now is the time to implement change for the 2001 show schedule.

The first step toward building a better image is to determine the companys overall plan for exhibiting. Its always amazing how many exhibitors just leap into their show schedule without any game plan," said Marlys K. Arnold, a trade show consultant based in Kansas City. With a systematic plan, an exhibiting program not only becomes more focused, but more manageable as well."

Arnold has designed a tip sheet to help exhibit managers make the most of their program. The tips are available by email request at 10tstips@imagespecialist.com or by sending an SASE to Arnold at: Trade Show Image Week Tips, 7885 NW Roanridge Road, Suite A, Kansas City, MO 64151.

For ongoing Trade Show tips, sign up for a monthly email by sending a request to marnold@imagespecialist.com with the subject line Subscribe TradeShowTips Online".
