TeleMagic Announces Professional Services Program

Dallas, Texas October 12, 2000: TeleMagic is pleased to announce the formation of the TeleMagic Professional Services Program. The Professional Services Program was created at the request of TeleMagics channel partners and customers to assist TeleMagic Authorized Marketing Partners in the support of its customer base.

Professional Services will consist of two categories: local services and remote services. Local services are defined as those services that can be performed at the TeleMagic corporate offices such as, Template design classes, Report design and New Authorized Marketing Partner (AMP) Training, re-certification classes, and remote access technical support. Remote services require a Professional Services Team member to be on-site with the client performing tasks such as end user training, New AMP training, product installation, technical support and needs analysis.
