Top marks for abas customer service

In a current ERP study conducted by the 'Konradin' publishing company, about 1000 companies were surveyed on their level of satisfaction with the ERP software they were using. Extensive interviews were carried out with 25 different companies for selected products.
    
Result: With regard to customer satisfaction, small to medium-sized providers like ABAS have advantages over the larger firms. Customer proximity and market awareness mean immediate reactions to new needs and desires. As regards its ERP software - 'abas-EKS' - ABAS Software AG is ranked as the users' top favourite.

In the "Quality of service" category in particular, the ABAS Software AG was awarded outstanding marks by its customers. The following aspects of service were evaluated:

- Quality of Helpdesk
- Quality of support at introductory stage
- Quality of support when upgrading
- User-friendliness of the software
- Quality of the 'Key Account'
- Quality of field-related advice.
            
The Key Account Manager is of utmost importance as a means of direct contact to the users. ABASSoftware AG received maximum points in this area.
