ONLINE SHOPPING MALL IN TALKS TO MERGE WITH POPULAR ONLINE COUPON SITE

Downingtown, PA, February 25, 2000 -- CentralMall.Net. An on-line shopping site based in Downingtown, Pennsylvania has been open for business since November 1, 1999. This site was designed to give the shopper the fastest way to complete their shopping, in just three mouse clicks.

"Most people want to find what they are looking for quickly, and purchase it just as fast. Speed is what CentralMall.Net is all about," says Tony Selke, CentralMall.Net co-founder.

This site has over 125 major on-line vendors on its site, categorized to make your shopping easier. They also have a special category, "Coupons & Savings," which directs you to stores that are offering great dollar off coupons, as well as incredible bargains.

CentralMall.Net is in talks with FlamingoWorld.com, a site that lists hundreds of online coupons that are updated daily, to combine forces to be the best place to go to find coupons and shop all in one place. FlamingoWorld.com receives over 30,000 hits per day and its founder prides herself on the "personal attention" she can provide to all her visitors that correspond with her through email.

"In addition to great customer service, this merger would create an unmatched source for premier vendors and online coupons," Mr. Selke said.

Should the merger take place, the improved CentralMall.Net would be available by March 15, 2000.
