Another First For Irish Biotechnology Company

Tridelta Development Ltd. Extend Range Of Veterinary Acute Phase Protein Assays"

Tridelta Development Ltd., the Irish based biotechnology company, have scored another world first with the release of the latest addition to their Phase" range of veterinary acute phase protein assays.

Phase" CRP -- Canine is, as the name suggests, specific for Canine -- CRP. CRP is an important Acute Phase Protein in dogs, exhibiting up to tenfold increases in concentration in response to inflammation or infection. Tridelta have developed a rapid Enzyme Immuno Assay kit for the detection and quantification of the protein which means that this important biological marker can now be simply and accurately measured as a means of monitoring any condition or treatment which may provoke an Acute Phase Response in the dog.

CRP -- Canine, joins the other highly successful assays in Trideltas Phase" range of Acute Phase Protein Assays, Haptoglobin and Serum Amyloid A, which are already being used extensively by researchers, academics, pharmaceutical companies and laboratories around the world.

Trideltas Managing Director, Brian Hett said, We aim to have the most comprehensive range of Veterinary Acute Phase Protein Assays available to meet the needs of laboratories, companies and researchers in all fields. The next addition to the range is already well under development and we expect to be releasing another unique diagnostic kit in the very near future."
