World Tai Chi and Chi Gung Day

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEOn Saturday, April 8th, 2000 (following the
United Nations World Health Day) Donald and Cheryl Lynne Rubbo will sponsor a free event to celebrate World Tai Chi & Chi Gung Day to educate our community and the world to the wonders of Tai Chi and Chi Gung. Donald and Cheryl Lynne Rubbo will also sponsor a free workshop the week prior to this historical event to enable those who have not yet learned Tai Chi or Chi Gung to practice a few movements so that they can join in as well. Their goal is to hold a massive outdoor Tai Chi and Chi Gung demonstration for the public and media to educate all to the amazing benefits Tai Chi and Chi Gung offers us and our society.Donald and Cheryl Lynne Rubbo, popular healing arts teachers in San Francisco and Marin, are sponsoring 2 free classes for people of all ages to celebrate World Tai Chi & Chi Gung Day. This historical free event, (following the United Nations World Health Day) will inform the public about the health benefits of practicing Tai Chi and Chi Gung on a daily basis. Tai Chi and Chi Gung are believed
to: Boost the Immune System – Slow the Aging Process – Lower High Blood Pressure – Reduce the Incidence of Anxiety, Depression and overall mood disturbance – and Tai Chi is proven to be the most effective balance and coordination conditioner in the world. On Saturday, April 8th, at 9:30 AM, we will gather at Gerstle Park in San Rafael, California.
