Air Canada Selects Sight & Sound Software to Provide Optimum Online Travel Booking Solution
PORTLAND, Ore.– March 13, 2000— Air Canada has selected Sight & Sound Software, Incâ as a supplier for its upcoming website. The redesign of the site will improve Air Canadas competitive position among the ever-increasing number of online travel suppliers. Sight & Sounds BookSmartä is the industrys premier online travel booking engine handling approximately 12% of all online travel transactions. According to the agreement, BookSmart will serve as the booking engine for a site providing online travel booking for Air Canadas customers in an enhanced and personalized environment. The new sites architecture will improve reliability and enable Air Canada to provide a higher, more personal level of customer service.
