The only man in the class, James Helton, soon to be groom will create his wedding cake with the help of a wedding cake making class being put on by Discount Confectioners Outlet (Chocolate Forest). The class is a two-day class; the first day consisting of instruction and the second day participants create their wedding cakes and leave the class with them in hand.
