Free Brainsticker® Affirmations For Olympians!

Brainstickers® Offer Free Affirmations to Olympians

                                                        Online company markets motivational stickers

BOISE - March 14, 2000 -- In an effort to show how affirmations can be empowering, inspiring, as well as performance enhancing, Idaho-based, Brainstickers®com, eta, inc.,
http://www.brainstickers.com, is offering their unique motivational window clings, free to any qualified Olympians for the year 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, and 2002 in Salt Lake City.

The company’s CEO, Ed Thomas, conceived Brainstickers® five years ago. At the time, Mr. Thomas was experiencing a personal need for more positive self-communication and
decided to share the experience with others.

"One day, after seeing several obnoxious bumper stickers that said things like, "When they come for your guns, give 'em the bullets first!" or "Pry my gun from my cold dead fingers!" the
old Bing Crosby, Andrews Sisters song, "Ac'cent- u -ate the positive, e-lim-in-ate the negative, and latch on to the affirmative," went off in my head. I thought, with all the time we spend
in our cars, isolating, raging, stuck in traffic and just bummed, what better time to see and tell yourself something positive. The thought of Brainstickers® was like seeing those oil
change reminder stickers -- seen but unseen by the conscious mind. So, a-ha! Brainstickers® were born!" said Ed Thomas.

In 1996, Mr. Thomas developed Brainstickers® for Olympians because he wanted to assist and inspire athletes with something that had worked for him. When Olympians from any
country visit the Brainsticker® Web site, they can choose from eight free affirmations including, "I AM GOOD BECAUSE I PRACTICE," "I NEVER GIVE UP," and "I AM A WINNER."

Three sizes of each Brainsticker® affirmation are imprinted on a static cling vinyl card and can be placed strategically within one’s surroundings, i.e., on bathroom mirrors, office
windows, computer monitors, and windshields (at the top in the tinted area). The stickers have an "etched glass" design and appear almost invisible in low light. Their subtle design is
intended to have a positive subliminal effect on the subconscious, and counter the negative messages the average person internalizes from day-to-day. Psychologists estimate that 72%
of a normal adult’s self talk is negative or self-critical.

The guest book on the Brainstickers®; Web site is filled with positive feedback about general affirmations, Brainstickers® as well as the importance of self-empowerment. Susie M.
Phillips was one site visitor who felt the site was encouraging. "Thank-you for this uplifting Web site. I am building myself up due to a not so perfect childhood, and I say many different
affirmations to myself all day long. Affirmations really do make a difference - if you are willing to do the work," said Ms. Phillips.

Brainstickers® are available online through an ongoing "buy-one-get-one-free" promotion. Web site visitors have the option of buying one card of Brainstickers® for $1.50 with three sizes
(small, medium, large) of each affirmation and getting a second card free. All additional Brainstickers® purchased are $1.50 per card and an additional $1.25 for postage, packaging and
handling.

Brainstickers®com, eta, inc., was founded in 1995, by Ed Thomas, Maxine Thomas and Darren Newman. Today, the Brainsticker® line consists of over 24 positive, unique affirmations.
Currently, the company is developing a new spiritual product line based upon the thousands of Brainstickers® suggestions submitted by visitors to the Web site.
