Launched on 8th February 2000 staff4hire.com is an on-line community for Telecommunications and IT professionals.

The interactive nature of the .community centre will enable members to regain some of the benefits and advantages of belonging to a community. Our aim is to create a forum where members can share advice, views, news and gossip.
The .community centre currently offers a range of free services including an events/exhibitions diary, an interactive bulletin board, features, humour, a '4 sale bulletin board and a growing directory of useful links.
Although the staff4hire.com organisation will make any changes to the site, the design and content will become the responsibility of its members. Common opinion and tastes will determine how staff4hire.com looks and works. Members can easily offer feedback and suggestions via e-mail hyperlinks positioned throughout the site.

Full listings and reviews of industry exhibitions, seminars, etc.
Selected customised news feeds providing members with up-to-the-minute information.

As everyone believes their career to be one of the most important elements in their lives, staff4hire.com have incorporated a range of self-management tools for members wishing to further their career or keep up-to-date on current salary trends.
My Profile
Simply by entering their details, a member can create a permanent employment record. Completing this personal and adjustable profile will enable members to mail this CV to anyone of their choosing.
My Job Search
Once enabled, this extremely useful tool will allow members to record the parameters of a vacancy search. Results of this search (updated daily), will then be both e-mailed directly via staff4hire.coms automated e-mail service 'QuickResponseİ and posted on the members individual home page.
Manage my CV
Linked to both My Profile and Job Browser this function enables members to track the progress of any applications they have made. staff4hire.com have provided the facility to:
Automatically maintain a record of who the CV has been sent to.
Recognise which recipients have viewed an e-mailed CV
Keep track of what stage a job application is at, i.e. offer, interview, etc.

Currently containing vacancies from a wide variety of blue chip companies, the job browser is a powerful searching tool that accesses a comprehensive database of Telecommunications and IT positions. Allowing members to apply on-line at the click of a button will save users valuable time and effort.
