I love this software program. It's easy to use and fun, you can learn how to regulate or change your weight. You learn what is in your food caloric wise. You can find out where you need to alter your eating habits, as far as fats and carbohydrates. I think I will use it allot because I want to gain weight and not fat weight, but muscle weight.
