Atlanta, GA -- OfficeClip.com (www.officeclip.com) has added a Bulletin Board for group discussions to its suite of powerful business Intranet communication and collaboration tools and has also improved its Calendar to include invitations and RSVP functionality. Other OfficeClip.com offerings include: Instant Broadcast Messaging via e-mail, pager and cell phone; Calendar, Personal Reminders, Reservations for Shared Facilities and Equipment; Workflow Time and Expense Reports; and an issue tracker that can be configured for sales, healthcare, customer service, software bug tracking and more. OfficeClip.com is completing final testing and will soon add Document Management to its applications.

The functionality that places OfficeClip.com as the key player in the Professional Grade Intranet market is the workflow aspect of the applications. Stated simply, workflow is a fully automated tasking system for groups of workers. Here is how it can work, a supervisor has a report that needs to be done, they can route it to an employee to complete the work, when the employee is done, the report is automatically sent back to the supervisor. The supervisor reviews the work and can either approve or reject the work, add comments and recommendations, and depending on the feedback they give, the report will be routed to the appropriate worker or group for completion; on to another approving authority; or even to the end destination. Workflow is currently enabled in Time and Expense reporting, and is part and parcel to the upcoming Document Management application.
