24 Hour Support Being Offered by Dawning Technologies, Inc.
Fairport, New York - April 27, 2000 -- Dawning Technologies, Inc. is currently offering technical support after hours. This new optional service program is designed to give Dawning customers access to on-call technical support staff, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Providing continuous customer support has become critical as more laboratories shift toward operating 24 hours a day. The pressures for laboratories to increase productivity and improve upon result turnaround time are the major driving forces behind the program. This new value-added service is intended to reduce communication downtime by addressing Dawning interface-related issues as they occur.
Similar to the traditional support process at Dawning, 24 x 7 Customer Support users will call an 800 number and leave a message with a representative. A member of the on-call support staff will respond back to customers within two hours. Using remote access to interface solutions, support staff can help in diagnostic troubleshooting whenever and wherever the problem occurs.
