Skyfoot Technical Publishes New Home Buyers and Sellers Guide: Skyfoots Guide to Buying and Selling A Home by Ted Francis

Skyfoot Technicals new guide aims at helping the homebuyer or seller with a no-nonsense handbook/workbook written by a home inspector.

Welland, Ontario, Canada, June 1, 2000: Many prospective homebuyers or sellers usually have little knowledge of what aspects of a home they should look for to get the best value for their money or property. Ted Francis, an experienced home builder and inspector, was shocked to discover this common lack of information among his clients, and after 10 years of home inspection services, realized a book that expressly dealt with these concerns was in order.
Skyfoots Guide to Buying and Selling a Home is designed to save the reader time, money, and stress, with direct, unbiased, no-nonsense advice. Written like a good technical manual, yet with language that is friendly and knowledgeable, this book gets to the heart of the subject.
