Rozzo For Congress

I have lived in New Jersey for all my life. I Now live in CD2. I admit I must run because of our economic situation.
I met many people, and received the same complaints. There didn't seem to be much representation for the "Little Guy." There have been issues where people have told me the "South Jersey isn't a place where people stay."
As I moved to Vineland, I found many wonderful people and friends. However, problems still persisted as many people cannot stay. To many of my aqainteneces had been transient, finding it difficult to make ends meet.
Many have to take jobs far away.
We live in an economically depressed area with no opportunities and not much employment. Many people have to travel too far to get to work.
My issue first off is to create, in Southern New Jersey, a Sustainable Environment. As many people in Mays Landing have their nature destroyed, it is time for better Ecological Thinking. The Sustainable Community
movement brings forth the best of Urban and Rural development. This development comprises of Eco-Industries,
Employee owned enterprises, Cooperatives as I am trying to initiate, and Cultural Centers, ETC.
I am trying to develop a cooperative now, as cooperative gives people a chance to economically improve their lives
through worker control of means of production, offering quality services and products at affordable prices. I have learned much of my studies of how cooperatives work. And they are one answer to the cure of our poverty problems. And stimulate economic democracy.
I have also invited a franchise chain to visit us. They are conducive to low income people and seniors.
Next we have developed economic problems. Throughout Southern New Jersey the Pine Barrens are in Jeopardy. There is entirely too much of the wrong kind of development. Of course some development is needed, but along with the rain forest, The Pine Barrens are just as ecologically important. We must put an end to deforestation and preserve
what is left of our Communities. Many people move here to live in accordance with nature. Whether one is Liberal or
Conservative, many share the same feelings.
We need to stimulate more employment. Whether it is individual entrepeneurism, or small businesses, the Small
Business Administration and the Development of "Free Money Grant" programs for those who are trying to pull themselves up by their boot straps, this initiative would allow people to afford the bootstraps to pull themselves up by.
I'd also like to implement a new public transportation system. We need more services to reduce auto traffic our area was never meant to handle. We should have a monorail system, working on an alternative energy system rather than fossil fuel as other communities have done. This monorail would have several areas to cover going to
Northern New Jersey, Camden, Cape May, and other Communities. This should be made to run with low fares.
I also see the need for a late night expanded weekend schedule of Bus lines to Philadelphia, and other places.
The entire system needs to be overhauled, as routes are to long and to time consuming. We should have an expanded line to Cherry Hill and Hammonton, along with Northern New Jersey-and Trenton. This must be well planned and well conceived unlike now. We can have a cheap, easy to use, comfortable transportation system. I am looking into many in Communities that have eco-sustain ability programs in Europe and here in the USA.
We live in changing times. This new Century will offer new challenges and new ideas that we need. As the public become weary of the old guard, we need a new system of political representation that is by the people and for the people. It seems people are tired of the lack of choices, and they are open minded and willing in this time for alternatives. This shouldn't be just a trend.
Dane Barsey wrote a letter that inspired us to make choices and have more than two political parties to choose from.
He is right, I along with a Green Party Candidate are running as alternative party hopefuls.
I and the Green Party Candidate have similar views. I congratulate Robert Gabrielsky for his run. I also Congratulate
83 years young Mr. Edward Janosik who is the Democrat out of Cape May County. I understand he did a lot for the Laboy/Bittner campaign. And I'd like to Congratulate Frank Lobiondo for running again. Although I support term limitations, Mr. Lobiondo has voted well with the NAACP and Animal Rights as we are in league on those accounts.
I am in my efforts going to run a campaign of positivity and refrain from the usual tactics of some by mud slinging.
I will refrain from criticism as everyone is entitled to their point of view and should be allowed to state their case.
Thank you and I hope to receive your vote in November.
