FinanceProfessor reaches agreement with Listquest for Newsletter Marketing

Olean, New York-June 16, 2000- FinanceProfessor.com has agreed to terms with Listquest.com concerning the inclusion of the FinanceProfessor's newsletter on the Listquest.com web site. Under terms of the agreement, Listquest will help market FinanceProfessor's weekly newsletter and will make a fully accessible and completely searchable archive available to the public at no cost.

The Olean New York based FinanceProfessor is the brainchild of Dr. James W. Mahar Jr. (Jimmahar@FinanceProfessor.com). Dr. Mahar's free newsletter, which started out as a means to stay in touch with his students, has grown to include subscribers throughout the United States and in over ten countries.

FinanceProfessor is an example of the innovative ways that technology is changing the face of education at the University Level. The site (www.FinanceProfessor.com) includes summaries of academic journal articles, class-ready notes on a wide range of finance topics that can be used by professors or students, finance test questions, and an introductory section for those with no financial experience. The site makes a top-rated education available to the general public for free.

Dr. Mahar is an assistant professor at St. Bonaventure University. He has a Ph.D. from Penn State. The site was started while he was teaching at James Madison University.
