Dielectric heightens DTV in Chicago

RAYMOND, ME-June 16, 2000 --Dielectric has completed this installation of its triple linear stacked antenna system atop the Sears tower in Chicago. The first of its kind, the stack will consists of the following antennas, from top to bottom: WPWR-Channel 50 and WPWR-DT Channel 51 self-supporting dual channel pylon; WLS-DT, Channel 52 pylon antenna; and WMAQ-DT, Channel 29 pylon antenna. The WPWR signals will emanate from a TFU-16DTC-R DC dual channel antenna, unique to Dielectric.

The stations also chose Dielectric transmission line runs-standard EIA and EHT digiTLine, and two of the three have already completed the package with Dielectric RF systems.
