Three Billion Two Hundred Million Dollars is the message former Western
Union Sheriff actor Dennis McMullen is sending State Farm Insurance Co.,
American Automobile Association and 28 other Defendants for exemplary
damages, in an amended lawsuit filed last week in Santa Monica California(
99-SC057388) for Deceit , Fraud, Conspiracy and Theft.
McMullen alleges that State Farm et al took away McMullens ownership rights
in Common Area in a Santa Monica Condominium Association and conspired
through deceit, fraud and theft and to give the Exclusive title in the
Common Area to other Association owners.
McMullen says they recorded the title with the County Recorder without his
permission effectively taking away his property rights.
