Glamourous WhataBabe Defies Aging with E-Book
Scottsdale, Arizona, July 7, 2000 – How old is too old to have braces on your teeth? At 69? Barbara Morris thought so until she discovered the benefits. So, she opted for the braces. She also began recording her odyssey with orthodontia, translating it into a manuscript titled "Put Old on Hold: The only guide you'll ever need to help you get from Baby Boomer to WhataBabe."
Recently published as an eBook, "Put Old on Hold" is targeted to baby boomers as well as those in their 60s and 70s who strive to stay healthy and productive in today's society. The eBook may be purchased online at http://www.mightywords.com (type the title in the Quick Search box), and also at http://www.whatababe.net.
"I'm working to transform the traditional, old fogey golden years into exciting, forever-young, robust living," boasts Barbara Morris. This glamorous, sexy-looking grandmother of two personifies her words.
Ms. Morris redefines the term "senior" as "WhataBabe" a new generation which defies age barriers and refuses to retire from life. Focusing on prevention and maintenance, Morris guides readers through a simple plan to head off the insidious characteristics and traps which herald the most dreaded boomer boogeyman: aging.
Barbara Morris is a full-time pharmacist and retirement is not part of her life plan. She has written from the perspective of one who is achieving a continually successful transition to WhataBabe status. WhataBabes are vibrant, healthy and independent contributors setting new rules for an ageless society.
While most books of its genre offer advice and findings of medical experts, Ms. Morris can personally demonstrate how her approach works. The book is peppered with personal vignettes in a you-can-do-it style. Subsequent chapters deal with retirement and its lifestyles; the importance of diet, nutrition, exercise; and a controlled, positive mindset as the keys to achieving and maintaining a healthy life.
As part of her promotion plan, Morris developed a Web site http://www.whatababe.net. The Web site was produced to expand upon the book and scout for new WhataBabes.
