WDA signs two-year exclusive deal with EncodeOne
LOS ANGELES, Aug. 31 - EncodeOne, a Los Angeles based encoding services provider, announces new two-year commitment from Winston Davis & Associates (WDA), a marketing & advertising agency specializing in domestic and international motion picture trailers.
WDA chose EncodeOne's encoding capabilities for their motion picture trailers for both new releases, and archived trailers.
EncodeOne has already provided WDA with encoding services for movie trailers such as, "Bicentennial Man", "The Mask of Zorro", and Sony International's upcoming "Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon", and "Time & Tide". WDA expects multiple trailers to be encoded each month in both Windows' Media Player, as well as Real Player. Both formats will be encoded at multiple bit rates.
"EncodeOne has shown to have the quality edge in the encoding field," stated Dean Blagg, President of WDA, "and by having EncodeOne encode our completed trailers for the studios, we feel confident we live up to the Quality Standard we have already set for our film & video products".
Jason McConnell, President & CEO of EncodeOne says of the relationship, "Our relationship with WDA is based on being their 'Digital Experts' for their studio trailer work. WDA's clients want the best quality available, and we believe we are providing just that."
The agreement gives EncodeOne the exclusive encoding services rights for all of WDA's motion picture trailers for the next 24 months.
