New Delhi-August 31, 2000: Pushkarna DOTCOM., a leading provider of kids portal www.kidsmahal.com, announced today that to their surprise their domain name kidsmahal.com was taken by somebody else (namezero.com) without informing them or their administrative contact Pugmarks Interweb Pvt. Ltd.

Kidsmahal.com was initially taken, by its director Mrs Taruna Pushkarna from namezero.com nearly three months back. But two months later she took the domain kidsmahal.com from namezero.com by paying the required transfer fee. After that domain was listed in whois record" with owner as Pushkarna DOTCOM and administrative/billing contact as Pugmarks Interweb.

But to their great surprise of Pushkarna DOTCOM they found out yesterday that their domain kidsmahal.com was showing the ownership with namezero.com in the whois" directory. This was done without informing the owner (Pushkarna DOTCOM) or their administrative contact.

The consequences have been that their main kids portal has come to a standstill and the company is losing customers day by day. This company has already invested lot of money, time and effort on this portal.
