Suburban Chicago Printing Company Offers Free Business Cards

Wheaton, IL:

Suburban Chicago Printing Company
Offers Free Business Cards

In the world of free email and free Internet services, whether a viable business model or not, a brick and mortar printing company is offering free business cards. The Ink Well, located near the Chicago, suburb borders of Naperville and Wheaton, produces business cards and other commercial printing for businesses and organizations. They are currently offering, for a limited time only, free business cards. The cards can be ordered and re-ordered as many times as the offer is in effect, in batches of 250 and the customer only pays for shipping. The Ink Well is even offering colored inks as well as logo placement on cards ordered. On the back of each business card, printed for free, is a promotional message from The Ink Well. Al Lautenslager, president, states, We achieve two objectives with this offer. One is that we offer our customers something of value of which they do not have to pay for. The second objective is the realization of the power of marketing and referrals. Each card handed out is an advertisement for The Ink Well with contact information. When thinking of the thousands and thousands of business cards we produce each year, this is a minor investment in securing future customer relationships." Business cards continue to be a staple of representatives of the business world and organizations. Business cards have been around since the early days of movable type and continue to be the primary opener to many business relationships. Some have described this simple business staple as the most powerful networking tool next to a handshake.

The Ink Well was named as one of the top ten commercial printers in DuPage County, IL and was the Business of the Year award winner in Wheaton, IL this year, 2000. This is in addition to being a past finalist for the Naperville, IL Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award in 1999 and a 1998 nominee for Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst and Young. Founded in 1995, The Ink Well, Wheaton, is a full service commercial printing and mailing company located in Wheaton, IL, specializing in newsletters, brochures, marketing and promotional material, and all other business printing, (including business cards).
