INTELLINET RANKS IN TOP 100 FOR 3RD CONSECUTIVE YEAR

Melbourne, FL - (01/16/01) - IntelliNet Technologies, Inc., a provider of telecom and internet convergence solutions, announced today that it was recently named as one of Florida's 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies for the third year in a row. IntelliNet, ranking 67th for 2000 (55th in 1999 and 52nd in 1998, respectively) was honored along with the other 99 recipients, at the Florida 100 Awards Banquet held this past Friday night at the Omni Rosen Hotel in Orlando.

The Florida 100 is an annual program organized by the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business Administration and the Fisher School of Accounting to identify and honor Florida's one hundred highest growth firms. In order to qualify for this prestigious award, businesses must be headquartered in Florida; have sales between $100,000 and $25 million in the first year of the three years; be an independent and privately-held corporation or proprietorship; and show an increase in profit in a three-year period.
