NEW SEARCH ENGINE RELEASED

SEATTLE, WA. - JANUARY 28TH, 2001. Zizap.com today officially launched it's brand new and highly unique search engine. Zizap's search technology exceeds others by its speed and hand edited database. Zizap, now known as "the king of speed" will return search results usually under 1 second on most internet connections. Zizap also uses Google as a back up search engine when zizap cannot find a useful site within it's own databse.

Zizap is one of the most useful search engines for website owners also. Two of the three main features are geared towards webmasters. The search engine produces a shuffled search result page with only 10 website listings every time. All search results are produced in a random order, giving websites a different placement each and every search. A webmaster's age-old quest to claim the #1 position for a search listing is now over. Also, all submitted sites are added to Zizap's database instantly. Sites can be searched for just seconds after they are submitted. This is much unlike the normal 10-12 week period that other major search engines take to add a website.

Zizap was founded and built by a teenager living in a Seattle suburb. Aaron Levie, Zizap's head webmaster, thought of the Zizap concept over 5 months ago. "The main idea was to give webmasters an easier way to get search engine traffic - and to give web-users a better way to search the internet. Over time, Zizap will claim a better existence on the web... as of now, we are building a large database of sites and working on partnerships to better the search." - Comments Aaron.
