BUSINESS IS BLOOMING ONLINE FOR VALENTINE'S DAY

Ft. Lauderdale, FL; February 5, 2001 - This week ProRoses.com announced the launch of their new site (www.ProRoses.com) in preparation for a busy Valentines Day season. ProRoses.com is an Internet retailer where consumers can choose from the largest selection of fresh cut roses, which are shipped direct from the grower via FedEx Overnight delivery.

This past September, ProRoses.com hired Cyber Studioz (www.CyberStudioz.com), a Ft. Lauderdale, Florida multimedia design firm, to create a fresh and unique presence for ProRoses.com on the net. We needed to separate and distinguish ourselves from our competition. We build relationships with our customers and we wanted our new site to express these feelings," said Jared Kallen, President of ProRoses.com.

In an effort to provide the highest level of customer service, ProRoses.com has partnered with Customer Direct, a call center that specializes in handling e-commerce customer support. In addition, ProRoses.com has partnered with Answers.com, which offers a web-based technology that allows customers to ask questions about ProRoses.com and receive immediate answers. The new site also utilizes an online chat technology, which allows visitors to instantly communicate with online representatives. We have taken customer support to the next level," stated, Jared Kallen.

The online flower business is blooming as statistics indicate that 25% of all online purchases are flower and gift related. Unlike many Dot Com startups, Jared Kallen, founded ProRoses.com in 1998 and choose not to accept investor and venture capital funding. ProRoses.com decided to grow slowly, one customer at a time, and not outpace themselves or their customers with excessive spending. We took a brick and mortar approach, and built our business with a heavy investment in our products and our service," said Jared Kallen. As a result, ProRoses.com has established a solid foundation of satisfied customers who continue to be loyal shoppers and refer others to do the same.
