WOULD-BE AUTHORS LEARN THE PUBLISHING GAME BY PHONE

San Francisco-based author and business coach C.J. Hayden is offering her next "teleclass" for aspiring authors. The four-session class, "Big Bucks from Books," will be given entirely by telephone. It begins Feb. 21, 2001, and runs four consecutive Wednesdays from 9-10 AM Pacific Time.

"Prospective authors find the process of writing, publishing, and promoting a book to be mysterious and overwhelming," says Hayden. "Published authors become frustrated when they discover that writing a book doesn't guarantee they will ever make money from it."

Students in the class will learn the complete process of writing, publishing, and promoting a book, how to make money immediately once a book is published, how to use the Internet to promote and sell a book, and how to find the time to do it all.

The teleclass format will allow students to participate from anywhere. No special equipment is needed.
