ABOUTWEB ACQUIRES IT DIVISION OF RGE CONSULTING
Technology Consulting Firm To Provide Staffing Solutions For Clients

(Vienna, VA) February 13, 2001-AboutWeb, a technology solutions firm, announced today that they have purchased the Information Technology division of RGE Consulting, Inc., a prominent consulting and staffing firm in the Washington, D.C. metro area.

The acquisition will establish a direct conduit for AboutWeb to access the regions best technology professionals. The firm will now offer support to clients by placing high-quality consultants on client teams and projects. AboutWeb plans to use the experience and knowledge of RGE staff to find the most skilled and experienced technology professionals for clients and their own in-house staff.
