MacTreasures Adds Titles Over 50 World Language Titles
MacTreasures <http://www.mactreasures.com>, a web site specializing in Macintosh software and hardware not found on retail shelves has added over 50 World Language tiles from Transparent Language and Alestron to its main web site.
Transparent Language titles include KidSpeak Spanish, a fun way for children to learn Spanish, to Brazilian Portuguese WordAce!, JapaneseNow! and RussianNow! Nineteen different languages are available from Transparent Langauge on the MacTreasures site. All are hybrid CDs.
Wenlin 2.1 Learning Chinese Software, from Alestron, Inc. is a very extensive ABC Chinese-English Dictionary, with over 74,000 words and phrases, edited by John DeFrancis, is included with this software, plus a character dictionary with over 10,000 characters, and an English-Chinese dictionary. PenPower Handwriting V5.0 for Mac is a Powerful Recognition Kernel that can recognize 13053 Traditional Chinese characters, 6763 Simplified Chinese characters, Hong Kong special characters, English, numbers and various symbols. It can be used with almost any Mac software.
In addition, Korean QuarkXPress 4.0 and Japanese QuarkXPress 4.0, both from Quark, Inc., have been added to the MacTreasures site.
