XSVoice Forms Solution Division

Stamford, Conn. -- [March 1, 2001] -- XSVoice, formerly XStreamVoice, announces the establishment of a new division aimed at co-developing business solutions to the dramatic changes the wireless revolution will create. The new division called XSV Solutions will focus on working with managed service organizations that have the resources to help companies redesign their distribution, communications, and marketing processes, so they can leverage the reach and richness of the wireless space. "We're finding companies are not prepared to distribute, communicate, or market their goods and services using wireless mediums. As such, we believe that having a division dedicated to providing solutions and a network of preferred providers is of strategic importance to our core offering," says Russ Benhardt, CEO.

XSVoice also announced the appointment of Richard Morano as President of the newly formed division. Mr. Morano was previously President of XL Global Services, a U.S.-based service provider to the multitude of companies held by XL Capital of Bermuda and the collective customers of the organizations. Mr. Morano has thirty years of extensive experience in the field of strategic planning, marketing, and operating business processes. He has assisted and worked with major Fortune 500 companies in world-wide endeavors.
