LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION SUES SINGLE MOTHER OVER INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Lockheed Martin Corporation filed a civil action in Federal Court requesting permanant injunction relief and monetary damages against Shirley Etheridge.

Lockheed Martin claims violations of The Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, Dilution, Trademark infringement, False designation of origin, False description and Deceptive Trade practices.

Shirley Etheridge operates a noncommercial web site devoted to her personal religious experiences and beliefs with intent to lead others to Jesus Christ. And will defend her rights as a legitimate intellectual property owner.
