Wiremix Media Inc. (Wiremix) and NextLevel.com Inc. (NextLevel) are pleased to announce that they have merged operations to form a full service Internet solutions company. Under the terms of the agreement, Wiremix will become a division of NextLevel, working as the Canadian operations arm.

NextLevel specializes in new media convergence, website design and development; Wiremix is an Internet marketing agency. The services offered by each company complement each other: technical functions previously outsourced by Wiremix can be completed in house and NextLevel can provide a full range of marketing services to its clients. The synergy between these two companies will allow NextLevel to offer clients complete Internet services including Internet marketing, new media design, advertising and hosting.

NextLevel intends to market and manage high profile client sites, as well as help new sites gain notoriety. Currently NextLevel is managing sites for Van Halen, KISS, Shaw Communications, Lotus Broadcasting, and The Sterling MacFadden Partnership, among others. The company will also continue to focus on the lucrative gaming industry with clients like Worldgaming PLC, TakaraCasino.com, EiffelCasino.com and Poker.com.
