Improve Your Eyesight in Thirty Minutes a Day

Improve Your Eyesight in Thirty Minutes a Day is the title of a new booklet published by Freedom Editions. Author Marie Wilson says, "These exercises work." Wilson got her training, and improved her own eyesight, after studying under Meir Schneider, Founder of the School for Self Healing in San Francisco.

Schneider was born blind to deaf parents. He studied using Braille until the age of 17 when he met trainers who insisted that he would be able to see if he would exercise. Schneider was determined that he would one day be able to see and, after doing thousands of hours of exercises, Schneider today has a California driver's license.

Schneider's work is inspired by Dr. William H. Bates, a pioneer in the teaching of natural eye exercises. Wilson became fascinated by the program which she began teaching in Arizona. "There is such a need for people to know that there is an alternative to glasses and to lasik eye surgery! It is so simple. Just perform the exercises daily and most people will see improvement in their eyesight."

Improve Your Eyesight in Thirty Minutes a Day, features various exercises along with information about nutrition and supplements known to help eyesight. At a cost of $5.95, the booklet can be ordered from Freedom Editions at the toll free number: 1-866.539-2773.
