"Best in American Living Awards" - Presented to: Danielian Associates For Outstanding Home Design

IRVINE, Calif., February 26, 2001 -- In recognition of the nations seventeenth annual best new housing designs, Best in American Living Award" (BALA) theses awards were presented on Thursday, February 8, 2001 at a ceremony in conjunction with the National Association of Home Builders annual convention and exposition in Atlanta, GA. Danielian Associates was presented with a Platinum award for Bel Etage, a project located in Sante Fe Valley, CA. Danielian accepted a Gold award for Savenna also in San Diego and a Silver for Ritz Pointe located in Monarch Beach, CA.

Located with in the lavish, new North San Diego County community of Santa Fe Valley, Bel ETage and Savenna are two of three luxury product programs designed by Danielian Associates for ColRich Communities. These projects have opened to rave reviews for their magnificent architecture and incredibly secluded country settings, surrounded by natural open space. The third project is Salviati, which has recently opened and we will be hearing a lot about, in the very near future.

There were more than 397 entries in 20 categories, of which 88 were award winners. The 2000 BALA panel of eleven judges was comprised of builders, marketing experts, architects, land planners, developers, design professionals and a building publication editor.
