Psychic Espionage

MARCH 15, 2001:

This month's column at Madame G's Tea Room features an exclusive interview with Dale Graff, former director of the Dept. of Defense's Project STARGATE.

As an aerospace engineer assigned to investigating emerging technologies by the Foreign Technology Division of the Air Force in the 1970's, Mr. Graff often reviewed scientific literature. During his research, he came across some astonishing articles on psychic research being conducted in the Soviet Union. Surprisingly, his report caught the very serious interest of his superiors, and he was assigned director of a top-secret project to investigate the possible application of psi abilities to military intelligence operations. Graff went on to later spearhead a similar program in the Army, and over the next 20 years supervised psychic surveillance operations employed in recovering missing aircraft and personnel, monitoring the 1979 Iran hostage situation, and pinpointing the location of General Dozier (kidnapped by the Italian Red Brigade in 1981) and Lt. Col. Higgins (abducted in Lebanon in 1987).

The most exciting part of the story, however, is that ordinary citizens can just as easily learn to utilize their hidden psychic powers. Mr. Graff outlines several simple techniques anyone can use to enhance their own psi ability. This is a fascinating interview with an equally fascinating individual !
