Now travelers can access the savings and convenience offered by Lodging.com on the phone. The top online hotel discounter has added the easy-to-remember toll-free number, 1-888-LODGING - and knowledgeable travel agents to answer it - as a complement to its existing online travel services.

Lodging.com offers savings at more than 50,000 hotels worldwide and processes more than 15,000 hotel reservations per month. The call center agents ask pertinent questions to help callers choose the property best suited to their needs, in much the same way the in-depth information online, such as the city guides and new five-star rating system, does for customers booking via the website.
   
In addition to travelers with no access to the Internet or even those who dont use computers, the new number is also designed for those consumers who do use the Internet but are still hesitant to purchase online.
