Pointer International unveils testandhireÔ its new-age productivity tool to manage and automate the process-flow for screening and recruiting candidates. Beta customer installations are now paving the way for commercial implementations.
                        

Washington, DC, March 27, 2001 ---- Pointer International, Inc., a software solutions provider established since 1997, announced today the beta release of its newly developed testandhireÔ system; uniquely designed to meet the needs of recruiters and candidates. Through its robust features and functions, testandhireÔ facilitates full cycle interactions, with coordinated follow-through to conclude with decisive end-results. testandhireÔ is a time and money saver. It is quick and easy to implement and use, either as a hosted application, or as a server based add-on to a corporate website.

From the candidate side, testandhireÔ is straightforward for applicants to enter on-screen details, to match posted positions. A relevant test may also be taken to evaluate skill levels and qualifications, and an applying candidate can upload his/her resume, and other supportive documents. The corporate side facilitates the organized selection, interview scheduling, coordination, and various inter and intra-company correspondence. While the process and criteria are uniformly applied, testandhireÔ may be flexibly customized to fit particular company needs.

testandhireÔ serves Human Resources (HR) hiring managers, search and personnel recruiting organizations, along with candidates.
