DataTic Technologies, Inc. forms Indian Subsidiary.

DataTic Technologies, Inc, the technology company providing real-time pricing information, announced the formation of an Indian subsidiary, DataTic Technologies India (P) Ltd. The new entity, based in Pune, India, will focus on both technical development and regional sales for DataTics SyphterTM technology.

The deal was signed with Indiaco.com, a leading Incubator located outside of Bombay, to provide logistical support and services.
