The Satellite Prospector Inc.- Patenting Process

Toronto- March 19, 2001- We are pleased to inform you that the patent application for the main system used by the Satellite Prospector Team was officially filed under the title Method and System for Locating Mineral Deposits" and it has been assigned the serial number 2 329 847. The expected laid-open date is June 29th, 2002.

What do we do?

At Satellite Prospector Inc. we offer an effective and affordable technology that identifies prospective targets in your area of exploration which are related to -or controlled by- tectonic structures.

On the area of your interest we will identify the main tectonic structures and lineaments on the basis of sat-photos, aero-photos or topographic maps. The quantity of these structures and their intersections is digitized and the data is then processed together with any other geophysical, geochemical or geological information you may have to determine the Range Correlation Coefficient (R.C.C.) that best characterizes the mineralized zones. On the basis of the determined R.C.C.'s a new "integrated" map is created showing the location of all the prospective zones in your area of study. As an example, the lineament study of an area of 1000 km2 at scale 1:50 000 will be completely processed -including a report- in about ten days at a cost of $8000 to $9000, plus expenses. That is less than $10/km2!

At the end of the study, you will receive a full report and maps describing the location of these potential targets, and suggestions on the best way of verifying their mineralized potential.
