Innovative Physician Solutions announces online credit approvals.

Houston, TX - Thursday, April 5, 2001 - Innovative Physician Solutions announced today that effective April 10th , they will be able to offer online credit approvals to their current clients. Online credit approvals will help eliminate the credit risk on the front end of the process, and expedite approval by assuring accurate and complete patient information.

The online credit approval system is currently in beta test, and will be available to all clients and future clients within the next 60 days. This process allows response on credit approval within 5 minutes from the time submission.

Company Chairman Bill Reese said that this process has the potential of saving Hospitals and other Medical providers millions of dollars in lost revenue. Our goal is to provide up front credit scoring at the time of encounter, rather than waiting until the patient has already been discharged. By extending credit to the patient on the front end, the medical providers are assured of payment within a 30 days cycle.

IPS already has 2 Hospitals interested in the system and has plans of implementing the program in both these Hospitals no later than June 1, 2001, for their Anesthesiology, Radiology, and Pathology departments.
