Michael Petruccelli Named as New Chairman of Impact Solutions

CEO and President of Impact Solutions Corporation, Michael Petruccelli, was elected Chairman of the Board on March 28th 2001. This action was a strategic move by the board of directors to strengthen Impact Solutions financial backing as it moves into its high growth phase.

Michael Petruccelli joined Impact Solutions in 1997 as Vice President of Business Development and was named CEO and President in 1999. "The company has spent 8 years in an "early adopter's phase". Now it is time to reap the benefits as our products hit the "critical mass" phase of the consumer demand curve," stated Petruccelli.

Impact Solutions is a software provider for the government and pharmaceutical industries. Gross revenues are expected to rise from 5 million to 45 million during this three-year rapid growth phase.
