works using a custom-developed publishing tool: "The site is as simple as we

Visitors ask their question without having to input a name or e-mail address and it is sent directly to community building experts to answer. Upon the question being answered it is published on the front page in rotation. Previous questions are archived thus building a resource of questions and answers for the future. An administration suite makes the publishing or

"Visitors may also sign up to a newsletter on the site which will keep them up to date with site news and new questions being published. Due to the success of the site already, with minimal marketing efforts," Thomas said,
