ECI Announces Partnership with NetConX To Provide Internet Helpdesk Support Services

ECI, a third-party Helpdesk support provider, has added another ISP client - NetConX, of North Central Iowa.

Manning, IA. May 1, 2001 -- eCi is providing third-party Helpdesk support for NetConX, a North Iowa Internet Service Provider, as of April 20, 2001.

eCi provides Helpdesk services for several ISPs in the Midwest 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. eCis flexibility and established resources give smaller ISPs the ability to meet customer needs more quickly and conveniently, at a cost that cant be matched by in-house staffs. With Helpdesk services based in Manning, Iowa, eCi offers the friendly hometown service that rural ISP customers expect.

Following years of experience providing third-party technical support for leading consumer electronics manufacturers, eCi felt it could meet the needs of ISPs. In 2000, eCi began offering its third-party support services to ISPs. With the experience and established infrastructure eCi has in place, they can provide service at a much lower cost than most companies can match in-house. This includes a skilled work force, telephone, email, and World Wide Web support. eCi can also tailor its services to meet the individual needs of ISPs with options that include 24 hour a day support, Internet support, market and statistical research, and performance benchmarking.
