HotBuyer.Com Files For IPO with SEC on April 30, 2001.
HotBuyer.Com Inc. of North Brunswick, NJ on April 30, 2001 filed a Regulation A Stock Offering under an exemption of the Securities Act of 1933 with the Securities Exchange Commission in Washington.
It will Offer 500,000 Common Shares at $1.00 per share. The offering is self-underwritten. The stock sale will allow the growing company to increase its advertising revenue and working capital to help curb costs to its customers for it electronics and computer products sales by an estimated 5-10%.
In a Prior Private Offering the Company was able to sell stock share to 25 individuals.(information publicly available in Regulation A Prospectus/Offering Circular)
It will be Registered and Offered for Sale to NY and CO residents only at this time. The Company has obtained an CUSIP (S&P Index Number) and is seeking inclusion in the S&P Standard Corporate Records.
