New Web Site Gets Specific with Prime Commercial Real Estate

NORFOLK, VA (May 18, 2001) -- PrimeCornerssm announced today the launch of their web site that is uniquely designed for finding and listing prime commercial real estate specifically by key criteria. Featured on the site are over 100 Exxon Mobil Corporation excess properties.

Brokers and owners will now have the ability to list their properties under six categories: Corners, Centers, Big Box, Land, Class A Office, and Industrial, thus enabling a quick, specific and relevant search for parties interested in finding the best property to lease or purchase. Access to the listings will always be free with no membership required. Listing property will be free until December 2001 after which a minimal listing fee will be charged.
