Previously technology companies marketing in Europe have had to rely on free aggregated lists or conference organiser specific sites to gain information on up-coming conferences and then commission a member of the in-house PR team or agency to liase with the organisers to find out up-coming relevant speaking opportunities. With MarketingDesktop all that information and more is available to Brands2Life clients on-line through www.marketingdesktop.com. The service can be bought as part of the overall Brands2Life service or as a stand-alone item.
The basic listing of over 600 English language conferences from over 180 organisers -- conference title, location, subject, date - is available free to all. Information on all conferences including, as soon as they are available, full summary, agendas, speaker lists, sponsorship opportunities and organiser contact details costs between $3,250 - $7,500 per year depending on company size. Access to the full database including the information about which conference organisers are looking for speakers on which topics costs between $7,000 - $15,000 per year including an email alert service. Brands2Life also offers bespoke thought-leadership programmes where it designs and runs campaigns incorporating conference-speaking appearances as well as media and influencer relations and relationship marketing.
