HotBuyer.Com filed a Form 8A-12G under the Securities Act of 1934 to become a 'Public' and 'Reporting' Company yesterday (5/21/01). The Registration will become effective as soon as the Regulation A Offering (under the SEC Act of 1933)they filed on May 1, 2001 becomes effective.
